This is the full work. Three months. Twelve sessions. Everything.

Foundation

We map your current operating system — your flow profile, your stress patterns, your energy leaks. Then we build the foundation: nervous system regulation, somatic safety, and the capacity to feel and stay present under pressure.

Depth

Six weeks. Two highest-leverage shifts: nervous system regulation and flow trigger installation. Tactical and performance-focused — we're giving you the tools to perform better now.

The 6-week arc.

Weeks 1–2: Nervous System Mastery & Flow Cycle Awareness

You learn to recognize your activation states — when you're in fight/flight vs. calm, connected, and capable of flow. Specific somatic tools to shift states on demand: breathwork, body-based practices, vagal toning. We also map the full flow cycle — Struggle, Release, Flow, and Recovery — so you navigate each one optimally instead of fighting the process.

Weeks 3–4: Flow Trigger Installation

Based on neuroscience from the Flow Research Collective — the specific psychological and environmental triggers that create flow entry points. Challenge-skills balance, clear goals, immediate feedback loops, deep embodiment practices, and environment design. You start tracking your flow states and identifying your personal patterns.

Weeks 5–6: Integration + Energy Leak Elimination

We address the top patterns blocking sustained flow — boundary issues, perfectionism-driven procrastination, no recovery rhythms. You build daily rituals and weekly rhythms that make flow the default, not the exception.

Hey, I'm Andrea.

Flow State Coach · Neuroscience-Trained · Performance Specialist

"I know what it's like to perform from a wound."

I spent years as a neuroscience student at McGill — overachieving, chasing, studying flow states I couldn't access myself. From the outside it looked like success. On the inside I was running on anxiety, perfectionism, and a quiet sense that something essential was missing.

It wasn't until I left — two years in the jungles of Costa Rica, deep somatic and shadow work, stripping away everything I'd built my identity on — that I understood what flow actually is. Not a state to optimise. A way of being to return to.

I don't teach from theory. I teach from lived integration. The perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the wound-fueled drive — I've been through all of it, and out the other side. That shift became The FlowSpace.
